Manchester Firm Gains Behavioural Profiling Accreditation

Boxchange adds another accreditation to its consulting solution offering as it continues to be among the fastest growing consulting firms in the Northwest.

Six of the Boxchange team have become Certified as Licensed Analysts of the Predictive Index System – a behavioural profiling tool which helps organisations to ensure they have the right people in the right roles and build high performance teams. The PI® system is used by some of the world’s largest and most recognised names to help them with talent acquisition and development, change management and achieve their growth strategy. Around 2,000,000 people complete the PI® profile in 60 different languages every year.

Based in Exchange Quay, Manchester, Boxchange specialises in all aspects of business change and transformation and has built a fully integrated service offering for the clients it serves. This latest certification follows their announcement in January of their accreditation as an Axelos Consulting Partner for P3M3.

Its founder and Managing Director, Simon Cook said: “We specialise in all aspects of change and uplifting the capabilities and performance of organisations of all sizes. We know that people perform at their best when they are in roles that allow them to do what comes naturally to them and when leaders know how to get the best out of their people. The PI® System is a powerful tool that helps to identify these factors and adds a whole new dimension to recruiting, retaining, developing and managing the talent of an organisation.”
