Future of industry

There are many promising trends that may change world for next 10 years. The biggest expectations we have for electronics. This branch is growing in our eyes. There are peoples who remember times, when computers was used only in the biggest companies and laboratories. Nobody knew how to use it, and computers was bigger then train. Today everyone have small computer with four or more cores in pocket and people don’t see anything amazing in that fact.

So seems to be natural, that we can expect more from electronics. Interesting is vision of automatic cars that will ride without driver. I think that transport companies are most interested in it, but probably they will wait more than ten years. Technology must be tested and today first cars are tested. Also producers must do something with social resistance. Private consumers will be easy to convince (even it autonomic cars are threat for privacy). But drivers may create association against this technology, which will be difficult to ignore.

Electronics means also miniaturization, which is good, but also more and more devices connected to Internet. I am not sure that I want washing machine and fridge connected to Internet and spying me. But we will see, where are borders for typical consumers.

But electronics is only (big) part of industry. Lets think about typical companies, that offers hoist hire or hardware fixing. They will be more needed than today, because there will be more firm. Market of goods and services will be bigger. Specialists from Red Rooster Industrial predicts that demand for lifting will grow, because progression means lower costs of production. Lower costs means lower prices and finally bigger sales for private and business customers.

But not for everyone future is optimistic. Firms that will not grow will fall. Market is a limited space and only three big players can work in mainstream. Rest of them must run to niche or be closed. Fortunately there will be more work for companies and places for new. Progression always means creating new branches for new kind of products.
