We are proud to announce that QX Recruitment Services has been awarded an International Recruitment Licence, approved by the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs, for the recruitment of Indian workers for the foreign market. The International Recruitment Licence is a reflection of the high-quality service we provide to both clients and candidates.

Our licence details are: Registration No. B-705/GUJ/COM/1000+/5/9083/2014 Valid to 16.02.2021.

The International Recruitment Licence was introduced by the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs to protect candidates, and only those organisations holding such a licence can recruit Indian citizens for employment abroad as per the Emigration Act, 1983. This Act was introduced by the Indian government to minimise the exploitation of Indian citizens that are recruited for employment overseas.

With the recruitment licence we are able to provide direct sourcing services from India to our clients to target candidates for permanent roles in the UK. We have a separate dedicated office and team who look after our Indian candidates and support them throughout the recruitment process to their move to the UK.

Our recruitment consultants in India have extensive knowledge and experience of working in the recruitment domain and we have established ourselves as an expert within the healthcare, oil and gas, engineering, hospitality and information technology sectors, providing process and sourcing solutions to UK agencies. The international recruitment licence adds to the range of global manpower solutions we provide for recruiters having trouble sourcing for those hard to fill roles.
