Perfectly positioned in one of the most picturesque and tranquil parts of Devon, this comfortable cottage is the perfect base for a relaxing break. If you like walking, the Tarka Trail is on the doorstep. The Tarka Trail (named after the trail taken by a fictional Otter, named Tarka, in the book ‘Tarka the Otter’, which was written and published in 1927 by nature author, Henry Williamson), is a 180 mile foot and cycle path which carves a figure-of-eight route through the Devon countryside. The accommodation itself is charming, well equipped and cosy and has a sunny outside seating area directly outside. An elevated lawn and BBQ area can be found at the rear of the cottage.
