An initial conversation about this matter concluded that they will charge £50 more in order to put these pipes below the floor and £10 for the materials and we agreed to pay them £100 more even though this was previously agreed that this was part of the work.

The other thing we noticed was a second hand radiator being supplied for the loft whereas the agreement was to supply a brand new radiator. We have paid a £600 deposit upfront and the remaining to be paid on successful completion.

The owner of Fast Flow Plumbing and Heating Darlington became very angry, aggressive, violent and had intention to punch our staff on site. Not just that, they left the property without heating, hot water in this kind of the year and left the job incomplete and walked away.
