Pavla Kesslerova has written about her experience through seven years of trying every solution she could find offered by Western medicine. Finally, out of desperation, she turned to an alternative approach. She became pregnant right away by following her new methods and delivered two children before her 40th birthday. The course she followed is explained in her book which is available on Amazon.
Pavla Kesslerova’s book is not a big book physically. It is short and written straight to the point because she says she understands what women with the problem she had want and she spent far too much time with long boring books that now just gather dust on her bookshelves. Her story is told in five chapters covering her simple steps: Changing my ways; Strictly organic food; Meditation; Vitamin C; and Yoga and Chinese acupuncture.
Pavla who works as a Domiciliary Care Manager in company supporting young adults with Autism and Asperger syndrom was born in Czech Republic and currently lives in the village of Pinxton near Nottingham UK with her children, two-year-old Ebony and nine-months-old Tapiwa. On her way to age 40 she has visited and worked in a number of diverse countries and reports on how her view of life has been shaped in an entertaining blog.
“5 Simple Steps to Fertility: Pregnant naturally after years of struggling with endometriosis (Miracle at 40)” is available now in paperback and for Kindle at Amazon.

Pavla Kesslerova starts the first chapter of her book “Changing my ways”:

“It will happen, when you stop thinking about it…

Arghhhh! The frustration peaked as I heard that cliché on countless occasions. How much I hated that sentence. How many times did I have to listen to this piece of advice in the last 7 years? A million times for sure…”
