Kilbride Industrial Services Ltd, the company that developed the award winning Typhoon Jetting System through their subsidiary company Hydrascan Ltd, has recruited a Head of Business Development. The role will initially be to assist in positioning the company as the preferred industry choice within the competitive water market for AMP 6 mains water cleaning contracts.

Norman Howell has filled the position within the newly created role, and comes with a prolific and successful career within the water industry that spans over three decades. Well respected within his field, Norman has published and presented many technical papers relating to the pipeline and utility industries. He also has a proud history of professional affiliation to national industry bodies such as the UKSTT and Pipelines Industries Guild.

Norman has covered many roles as an engineer, most recently establishing an engineering consultancy offering technical and commercial support to a wide portfolio of clients within the pipeline sector of the construction industry. Within his career, he has also been integral to the development and sales of emerging technologies and engineering techniques.
