Introducing Drive-Thru Shredding To The Borough of Harrow

Helping Shred Confidential Information Locally

Total Shred are a Stanmore Based Paper and Data Shredding Company. They have been in operation for just under a decade and service a large number of businesses in and around London. Their customers are very security conscious and are expected to have their papers shredded fortnightly if not weekly. By helping companies respect certain aspects of Data Protection Laws, Total Shred is able to give their customers peace of mind by dispatching their fleet of shredding trucks. Using state of the art, cross cutting technology, the Shredding Trucks are able to shred all the papers onsite – before even leaving the premises.

Consequently, and with popular demand from residential homes, Total Shred have decided to bring ‘Drive-Thru Shredding’ to the Borough of Harrow. When asked about the process, Director Dipesh Patel said “one Saturday every month, we have chosen to leave one of our shredding trucks at our offices. For those people who contact us, we will post them out 3 shredding sacks for them to place all their confidential papers inside. And on the given Saturday, they can bring those sacks and watch them being shredded inside our truck.”

When asked why he thought this service would be valuable, he went on to say “Given the amount of Identity Theft, fraud, cyber issues, hacking and general Edward Snowden revelations, people have just become more and more conscious of what they keep and what they shred. Our hope if that the Drive-Thru shredding is an easy affordable option for the local, Harrow market to destroy all their confidential information”.

The first date for the Drive-Thru shredding has been set for 10th September 2016 and will happen monthly thereafter.
