The iwa.biz sends out a questionnaire to all of our customers once their home improvement has been installed. Between 2013 and 2014 our teams installed over 200 home improvements and 95% of these meeting and exceeding the iwa.biz\’s high standards in customer service is attributed to everyone at Enviro.
The merit award reflects on the excellent work and effort by all of the team at Enviro to ensure every single customer is looked after and treated in the same way as we would expect to be treated ourselves.
