In House Recruitment Expo (IHRE2016), the only specialist B2B event for the in house recruitment community, is set to return for its second consecutive year in 2016.
The dedicated recruitment event which ran for the first time in January 2015, aims to bridge the gap between the plethora of HR events and those focused on the recruitment industry in general.
The free-to-attend event will showcase the latest products and services whilst delivering over 40 insightful seminars, keynote sessions and masterclasses covering topical themes such as big data, diversity and social media recruiting.
Event organiser, Joanna Burke, MD at Velvet Apple said: “The corporate events industry is already saturated with HR-focused events, yet issues surrounding in-house recruitment are too often overlooked. HR events are simply paying lip service to in-house recruitment, maybe within a 20-minute seminar slot, but it has become abundantly clear over the past five to ten years with businesses are trying to cut recruitment costs, that In House recruitment is becoming the way forward.
She continued: “The In House Recruitment Expo is the only dedicated event which addresses in-house recruitment issues head on and provides a national platform for teams to network with their peers, share best practice and learn about new products on the market.”
This year, the event is partnered by recruitment publications Personnel Today and Recruitment Grapevine, recruitment technology specialist Broadbean as the Bronze sponsor and in-house recruitment networking forum, The FIRM.
The 2016 In House Recruitment Expo is now open for registration and runs from 23-24th February.
