Right 2 Improve are delighted to announce the results of a recent survey on customer satisfaction levels, the survey consisted feedback on the unique Central Heating Management system known commonly as the Magic Heating Box. Questions ranged from first impressions to 1 year -2 years on how happy have the customers been, although the whole system and installation retails for around £8.5 k the general consensus was that it well worth the investment and very little feedback was price driven, one customer pointed out he thought prices would come down in time however he also mentioned he has made instant improvements his central heating system and 1 year on notable savings. The survey showed 89% of all customer contacted were very satisfied with a few customers that had minor installation issues marking down the overall experience , however it was noted the company are very proactive on leaving all customers satisfied
