SPOKANE, Washington, March 14, 2017 /PressReleasePing/ – US Community Behavioral, a leading multi-state provider of community-based residential and behavioral services, is extremely pleased to announce that Robert Efford who currently serves as President of Embassy Management, LLC has accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer of the organization. Hired in early 2016, Efford has built a strong leadership team, brought focus to the organization and accelerated growth across Embassy’s Group of Companies, Aacres, SL Start, Aspire Human Services, Imagine Behavioral, and Integrated Developmental Services.

Some of the notable successes that have occurred under Efford’s leadership include:
• A robust pipeline of new projects, notably in California, where Embassy’s Aacres, LLC is one of the leading provider agencies building residential capacity for the 2021 developmental closure project;
• Diversification of residential customers to include the Department of Corrections; and
• Positioned the organization for entry of existing services into new states where there are opportunities to serve.
In 2017, Efford will continue to build on Embassy’s momentum with their We Say Yes, We Stay Yes and Employee First core strategy.
