Survey Results

In a recent survey, S3 asked 152 singles their views of online dating; confessions of little white lies, Google searches, one-night stands and more. The results reveal a need for an improvement in the industry and why S3 could not have come at a better time:
• Over 1/3 feel there are too many people looking for one night stands instead of serious relationships
• Over half of respondents would feel vulnerable when meeting in person, someone they had met online
• 73% agreed, if members of an online dating website were identity checked, they would feel happier going on a date with someone they had met online
• 68% of females reported that their male date had lies about his age on his profile
• 65% of males said their female date had lied about their weight on her profile
• 72.2% said if there were a product that allowed you to maintain control over your phone number, they would find it beneficial
